101 Open Day
Step inside the rehearsal room at 101’s Open Day on Tues 14 May, 4-6pm. Have a look around the facilities, explore giant puppet mechanisms, try some circus skills, discover what happens at 101 and find out about opportunities to get involved.
101 is a major centre for the development of outdoor arts and work for public spaces – we are a unique creation space on Greenham Business Park in Newbury that offers rehearsal and making space to artists from across the world every week of the year.
We are responsible for the spectacular outdoor programme in Newbury, which over the last 10 years has transformed our town centre with fire, giant puppets, deft defying circus, dance and more.
We also offer training, internships, workshops and volunteering opportunities for people of all ages and abilities in West Berkshire.
Drop in and see us any time between 4pm and 6pm. The open day is free but spaces should be booked in advance.
