How to apply for a residency at 101 Outdoor Arts:

If you are an artist or company and you're interested in applying for a residency at 101 in the future, please complete a residency application form (which you can download below as a word document) or email us with the answers to the application questions.

We know that often you may not have clear answers in the early stages of a project, so please just give us as much info as you can.

If you are not at a point where you can answer these questions or would like to discuss the residency programme with us directly first, please email us or telephone via the Corn Exchange Box Office on 0845 5218218.

What happens next?

We typically look at our calendar on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month with the 101 team to discuss new requests (this may vary in peak periods).

We'll discuss your request at our next meeting then get back to you. If your application is successful we'll get back in contact to discuss any other details and availability.

We curate the residency programme based on a number of factors:

• Whether we feel that the time, space and resources at 101 will bring particular value to your project.
• Whether the work meets any of our strategic aims as an organisation.
• How well the logistics of the residency sit alongside other activities in the space at that time.
• Please don't hesitate to contact us for an informal chat about your ideas.
