An estimated 3000 people saw 101 Outdoor Arts' giant Whiteknight puppet at Reading University's RAG (Raising and Giving) Parade. The puppet was commissioned b the university's Student Union and the costume was designed and created by Teresa Grimaldi and Julie Hutchison with support from Izzy Lacey.
To celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the University of Reading, the community came together to bring back the long-gone but cherished century-old tradition of the RAG (Raising and Giving) Parade. Starting outside Broad Street Mall, the parade moved through Reading Town Centre to Forbury Gardens.
