We are excited to extend a special invitation to TOOLBOX, a transformative Residency Programme designed exclusively for producers in the arts.

Embrace a holistic journey of personal growth and professional development in the company of colleagues.

This is a unique opportunity specifically but not exclusively for outdoor arts producers. Designed and delivered by experienced producers, we are proud to have created a programme that we wish had been there when we started out.

We believe in the collective power of community and understand the challenges of the role of producer.

Toolbox is:
- a 4-day residency programme
- a series of facilitated online Action Learning Sets throughout the year after TOOLBOX
- continued membership with online/IRL events throughout the year

Residency date: 29 January - 1 Feb 2024

Time: Arrive from 3pm on Monday 29th January for a Welcome Dinner at 7pm and depart after lunch on Thursday 1st February 2024
Venue: 101 Outdoor Arts, Greenham Business Park, Newbury, RG19 6HN

TOOLBOX Highlights:

  • Action Learning sets – online over 4 months following the residency.

In this nurturing environment, you'll have the opportunity to exchange experiences, knowledge, and ideas with industry professionals who understand the unique challenges and joys of the creative sector.

The residency is hosted by Coach Bettina Linstrum and 101 Staff, with guest speakers and a creative workshop lead.

Who is this for?
TOOLBOX is aimed at outdoor arts producers at any stage in their career. We are particularly keen to receive applications from individuals who are likely to be underrepresented in this area of work.

Access:

101 Outdoor Arts is an accessible venue. We have accessible parking bays, accommodation, rehearsal spaces and WC facilities. The Lab content can be captioned or signed, audio described and learning resources are available in large print.
