A Development Programme & Residency for Producers
29 January - 1 Feb 24
@ 101 Outdoor Arts

TOOLBOX is a transformative Residency Programme designed exclusively for producers in the arts.

Embrace a holistic journey of personal growth and professional development in the company of colleagues.

This is a unique opportunity specifically but not exclusively for outdoor arts producers. Designed and delivered by experienced producers, we are proud to have created a programme that we wish had been there when we started out.

We believe in the collective power of community and understand the challenges of the role of producer.

Toolbox is:
- a 4-day residency programme
- a series of facilitated online Action Learning Sets throughout the year after TOOLBOX
- continued membership with online/IRL events throughout the year

Who is this for?
TOOLBOX is aimed at outdoor arts producers at any stage in their career. We are particularly keen to receive applications from individuals who are likely to be underrepresented in this area of work.

101 Outdoor Arts is an accessible venue. We have accessible parking bays, accommodation, rehearsal spaces and WC facilities. The Lab content can be captioned or signed, audio described and learning resources are available in large print. Please tell 101 Outdoor Arts what support would enable you to fully participate in this opportunity when completing your application.
