Toolbox Producer Development Programme – International Partners Sought

101 Out are looking for international partners who are interested in supporting individuals from their country to participate in 101 Outdoor Arts’ Toolbox producer development programme.

Toolbox is a leadership and development scheme for producers working outdoors and in public spaces run by 101 Outdoor Arts and Bettina Linstrum in Newbury, UK. Since it began in 2018, over 60 individuals from six countries have been part of the Toolbox programme.

The core of the Toolbox programme is an annual four day residential lab at 101 combining leadership skills, coaching and peer support sessions which is available to a new intake of approximately 12-15 people annually. Through Toolbox, we are creating an international network of producers that meet to support each other and share best practice.

The next Toolbox residency will take place 3-6 Feb 2025. The Toolbox programme is highly subsidised – costing currently just £175 for participation in the initial year-long programme of fully-catered residential and follow-up online sessions. Previous editions of the programme have welcomed participants from Portugal, Catalonia, Denmark, Flanders, England, Scotland and Wales. We are very happy to work with international partners and participants to help access funds from cultural institutes and other funding organisations as appropriate.
